OUR PROCESS
1.iDENTIFY IT.
MDG starts by identifying properties that are vacant, abandoned, or in a state of disrepair in emerging markets.
2. AQUIRE IT.
If the numbers make sense, MDG will acquire blighted properties through various means.
3. rEVOVATE IT.
Once the properties are acquired, MDG will develop a comprehensive renovation plan to bring them up to code and make them suitable for habitation.
4. MAKE IT AFFORDABLE.
Designing the rental units to be both visually appealing and affordable for low- and moderate-income individuals or families is paramount.
5. MAKE IT LONG TERM OR MID TERM.
Depending on the local regulations and demand, MDG will determine if designating some of the units as mid term rentals is feasible.
6. mANAGE IT.
MDG has established efficient property management practices to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
